How do I view any message in the Bulletin Board of a place?
- Login to Batchmates using your Email /Unique Id & Password.
- Enter your registered institute from the 'My Places' page.
- Click on the 'Bulletin Board' tab on the top panel.
- You can also view the list of all your registered places and their Bulletin Board from the 'View bulletins at your registered places' link there.
How do I post a message to the Bulletin Board of a place?
You can ONLY post messages to the Bulletin Board of the places in which you are a member.
To post a message to the Bulletin Board of your
places you have to:
- Login to Batchmates using your Email /Unique Id & Password.
- Enter your registered place from the 'My Places' page.
- Click on the 'Bulletin Board' tab on the top panel.
- Click on the 'Add Bulletin' tab in the top panel, write your post and submit.
- Your message will be available online within 24 working hours.
How do I delete a message from the Bulletin Board?
- Sorry, members are not allowed to personally delete messages from the Bulletin Boards.
- To request for deletion of a particular message, kindly use the Contact Us form present at the bottom of the page and we'll do the needful.
Can I view messages posted in places where I am not registered?
Yes, you can.
- Search for the place.
- Click on the place name.
- Click on the 'Bulletin Board' tab on the top panel of the institute page.
- A list of all the Bulletins posted in the Institute shall appear.
Can I post messages in any place?
No, you can ONLY post messages in a place of which you are a registered member.
